These terms govern your use of Engine Vault Auto and any purchase of vehicles, parts or sourcing services. By using this site or placing a request, you agree to them.
Quotes & pricing
Catalogue prices and on-page currency conversions are indicative. A binding price is only created when we issue you an itemised quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and may be withdrawn or revised before approval (for example, if stock, exchange rates or shipping costs change). Vehicles and parts are subject to availability and prior sale.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed when you approve a quote and payment clears. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details. Deposits or staged payments may apply to certain vehicle orders and will be stated on your quote.
Title & risk
Title to goods passes to you on receipt of payment in full. Risk passes on hand-off to the carrier; we recommend confirming transit insurance on higher-value shipments.
Shipping, duties & customs
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Unless your quote states duties are included, import duties, taxes and clearance fees are your responsibility, as is ensuring the item can be lawfully imported into your country.
Cancellations
You may cancel before a quote is approved at no cost. After approval and payment, cancellation may not be possible once preparation, export documentation or dispatch has begun; any refund is handled under our Returns & Warranty policy.
Accuracy
We take care to describe items accurately but do not warrant that all listings, specifications or images are error-free. Where available, VIN and history details are provided to help you verify a vehicle independently.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
