Buying & sourcing

Can I request a vehicle or part that isn’t listed?+
Absolutely — that’s our specialty. Use Request an Item (or the AI Car Finder) and tell us exactly what you want. We source it, send an itemised quote, and ship it worldwide.
Are your vehicles inspected?+
Yes. Every vehicle is inspected and its condition disclosed before you buy, and we publish a history report and title status on each listing.
Can I verify a vehicle’s VIN?+
Yes — every listing with a VIN has a one-click “Verify with NHTSA” button that decodes the VIN against the official US government database in real time.
Are parts genuine?+
We supply genuine OEM and quality aftermarket parts, each verified for fitment and condition. The compatibility list on every part shows the vehicles it fits.

Quotes & payment

How does pricing work — do I pay upfront?+
No. You submit a request, we send a clear itemised invoice, and you only pay once you approve it. Your money, your decision.
Is payment secure?+
Yes. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
Can I see prices in my own currency?+
Yes — use the currency switcher in the top bar. Catalogue prices convert to your currency with live exchange rates (the invoice is issued in CAD).

Shipping, duties & tracking

Which countries do you ship to?+
We deliver vehicles and parts to 40+ countries worldwide, with trusted, fully-tracked carriers.
How is shipping cost calculated?+
Shipping depends on the item, your destination region and the carrier. Every vehicle and part page has a landed-cost calculator that estimates item + shipping + import duty in your currency.
Who pays import duties?+
Import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. Our calculator gives an estimate; your final quote confirms everything before you pay.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once shipped you get a tracking code — follow your shipment live on the Track page, from pickup to delivery.

After your order

What if an item isn’t as described?+
Contact us straight away with your order reference. Because every item is inspected and documented before shipping, issues are rare — but we’ll always make it right.
How do I see my orders and invoices?+
Create an account and everything lives in My Account — order status, invoices (downloadable as PDF) and shipment tracking.
