A modern visor combines a foam-core or hollow polypropylene shell wrapped in fabric or vinyl, a dual-pivot mounting bracket that allows both the standard down and side-swing positions, and — on most trims above base level — an illuminated vanity mirror with LED lighting activated by a sliding cover switch.
