Description

A 1.5-liter naturally aspirated inline-4 gasoline engine from Nissan's HR family. Produced since 2004, it uses a lightweight aluminum block and head with DOHC, four valves per cylinder, and variable valve timing (CVTC). It is the shorter-stroke sibling of the HR16DE.
